1. How are these books sent to me?
Our
books and tests are only available online or as Adobe eBooks, PDF files which are easy
to download and print on any system. Once your order is received and
verified, YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR eBOOKS! CLICK

2. Can I get hard copies instead of or as well as PDF eBook
Files?
Our books and tests are only available online or as Adobe eBooks. If
we printed and shipped the books and tests to you we would have to charge
between 50% to 75% more for our products and services. Our customers have
told us that the cost savings is very important, and that DOWNLOADING THE
BOOKS IMMEDIATELY is a very nice feature!

3. I purchased your Online Testing Package. How do I find out my passwords and authorization code to download my books and enroll in your ONLINE TESTING course?
After you make your purchase, you will be sent a receipt and a web page with your document passwords and your enrollment and download link and Authorization Code. Order processing takes place from our Testing Center from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time, seven days a week.
If it is between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern time and you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, please check your SPAM folders, and you can also write to us at TestingCenter@PoliceCareer.com and we will quickly send out new email instructions. If possible, include an alternate email address to be sure the receipt gets through any SPAM filters.
BEFORE you can log in to take any tests, FIRST you must REGISTER/ENROLL yourself in our Testing Course.
On the Course Registration Page you must enroll with your true User Name (First and Last Name only, do not use an alias so the system recognizes you and your enrollment is not deleted), choose and re-enter your Password, and enter the Authorization Code which appears in your email receipt. The email from us and it will fully explain how to do this.
Remember: Everywhere on our Testing System, the User Name, Authorization Code and the Passwords to enroll and log in ARE Case Sensitive!
AFTER YOU ENROLL, you can log in to your Police Entry-Level Testing Course HERE (Your ELPATA and POST practice tests) or your Police Promotional Testing Course HERE (Your Promotional Textbook exams, In-Basket and LEPTAD assessments).
To RECOVER A LOST OR FORGOTTEN PASSWORD - go to the above Entry-Level or Promotional testing course links and place your email address in the box to the right. Your link, user name and password will be emailed to you.
QUICK email help and LIVE CHAT is also available from the Testing Center - see the icon on the upper left. If someone is available they can help with any order, enrollment or login issues. If no one is available for LIVE CHAT - you can receive a QUICK response by email - write to: TestingCenter@PoliceCareer.com.
